Refund policy

Return & Refund:

The product return period is 7 days from the day of delivery for all products under Rs 3000.

For products above Rs 3000, only 7 days replacement policy is applicable.

If you are eligible for any refund, the same shall be given to you as per the following guidelines:

  • All refund process initiation shall be subject to the pick up of all canceled items from your/the customer's premises.
  • In case of a return, pickup is not available at the given Pincode, the customer has to self-return the product and we will refund the courier charges max 20% of the order amount.
  • Post receiving the products back to the warehouse, a refund shall be initiated within 2-3 days.
  • In Real, products may vary from the photos displayed on our website cause it is AI-generated images, it may vary from the real one
  • Refunds will be initiated via NEFT, cash, or by the way payment was originally made. For COD orders refund will be initiated in the Wooden Bazar wallet which can be used to purchase any product on Woodenbazar.
  • Depending on the orders, the processing charges might be deducted.
  • All big furniture products are non-returnable and are only eligible for replacement in case of any damages or defects.
  • Customized products made on special customer requests are non-returnable.
  • Polishing and Upholstered products may vary from the AI-generated images.
  • if we have faced a delay in our factory it may take up to the estimated delivery date in order processing

Order Cancellation:

  • Cancellation in Case of Damage: In case you received a damaged or defective product, bring it to the notice of delivery personnel immediately at the time of delivery and report a complaint to customer care at help@woodebazar.com.
  • Damage & defect will be assessed in 72 hours, and a solution will be provided. Suppose in the opinion of Wooden Bazar, the product is broken. In that case, it may be returned/replaced, or any other corrective measure may be taken, as deemed appropriate by Wooden Bazar, to address the issue.
  • Cancellation in case of a wrong product: If the product does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, raise the issue immediately & report it to support. within 12 hours of placing the order,

  • Products purchased on discount or during the sale can not be canceled.

Warranties:

  • The product comes with a 1-year warranty which covers manufacturing defects, inherent termite, and borer issues.
  • This limited warranty does not apply to:
    • Small cuts, scratches, or damage during the cleaning process
    • Damaged caused by the incorrect installation of a product
    • Cracks during the random displacement
    • The product kept in contact with direct sunlight and water, resulting in the decaying of wood.
  • With time solid woods are encountered by minor cracks, called checks, which are not included in faults and warranty as these checks do not hamper the life of a product.
  • As per industry standards, unevenness up to 5 mm can happen because of the difference in surfaces and floor levels. In that case, there is no warranty.
  • There is no warranty on upholstery/ coverings/ cushion covers.
