Shipping & Safe Delivery Promise

Shipping Days:

We usually take minimum 4 days to maximum 20 days for shipping


Order Cancelation:

our Company is registered and has legal vested and common law right in the Indian government, so all the orders and taxes are registered in the government's database, and to make our customers happy we took the responsibility to pay for the shipping and taxes that are applied on each order so you only have to pay for the product cost.

But as you placed an order you have the right to*CANCEL* your order within 12 hours of placing it, after this period of time our internal team starts processing your order so you can not cancel your order anymore!

At the time of shipping and delivery, if you cancelled your order or rejected to pay the cost of your item by COD, you will be responsible for the shipping cost and the applicable tax.

as this being said any customer denies paying the shipping cost and the tax of their canceled order, we will let the government initiate legal proceedings against them and take serious action for the Infringement of the store's policies.


Our support and delivery team will be in coordination with you for a hassle-free installation process if it is included with the product.

Free delivery is only applicable for the very first attempt on a visit to your ship-to address. In case of a missed delivery, (from a customer)/ an extra visiting charge would be applicable for later installation.

Our delivery partner shall only deliver the product to the ground floor in the absence of a service lift in your apartment. (if applicable)

Extra charges applicable for weekend or specific time deliveries.

Once the order has reached your nearest delivery center and you fail to receive the products, we would hold the products for 10 days, after this time line, Wooden Bazar shall be free to charge for holding the products for longer.

All of the product which Wooden Bazar ships, comes with a promise of "Safe Delivery", in which we cover & Protect our customer from problems like "Damage During Transit" or "Manufacturing Defect" if the product came with one of these problems we promise refunding or replacing the order!

We do understand in furniture product or any kind of fragile product, The damage during transit cannot be ruled out 100%, but it can be avoided up to 98% using Export quality packaging, Doing drop test, Taking Industry standards into account & Best of all, Working on the feedback of the Courier companies & The Customer's.

We at Wooden Bazar take very seriously if any product is found damaged, We check the packaging style, product durability to withstand the loading & unloading & Courier person way of handling the product. but for Customer they just have to send us Few images of the product & the packaging box, & We will Re-pick the product from their home & Deliver New one Safely & Sound.
